You should definitely not come to Hot Yoga without having eaten. If you are taking the morning session make sure you have a breakfast appropriate for your individual ideal calorie mark, and can be digested before class. If you are coming for an evening session make sure you have a balanced lunch that includes GOOD CARBS. If you have a high metabolism and need a snack in the afternoon that's fine, again we just want to make sure it is digested before class to avoid nausea.
